Penang - Flight From Singapore (29-12-2011)

We took AirAsia flight AK 5804 from Singapore Changi Terminal 1 to Penang International Airport, Malaysia.

As usual, Mommy makes sure that Hendrik keeps warm and comfortable.

After passing through Immigration and into the Departure Area, we spotted this nice space where a memento would almost likely to be taken.

We grabbed a drink and a sweet from Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf while waiting for our boarding time; and here Hendrik was surely showing excitement and happiness to the things that's soon to take place.

Another photo space at Changi, Terminal 1.

Daddy and Hendrik outside the boarding gate. This photo has to be posted as there were only very few photos of Daddy during our entire trip as he is our photographer... =)

We were the first to enter the boarding gate when it opened. While waiting for boarding, Hendrik has a way of amusing himself by doing number signs. Here, he was making the number 8 sign.

So happy to be finally inside the plane. Hendrik is mature now. He was fully aware that he was in an airplane and he knows that the airplane would take him somewhere. The very first time he took an airplane was when he was 6 months old on our family holiday in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He was still a cry-baby. After that, he took the airplane when we had our vacation and holidays in the Philippines and Hong Kong. Now that he has matured, he was all-smiles...

Mommy never forgets the bonnet for her little darling boy's head...

And of course the book, "The Musicians of Bremen". Hendrik likes this book and was flipping and "reading" the pages most of the duration of the flight.

We arrived at Penang International Airport at around 3:30pm.

Welcome to Penang Island, the "Pearl of the Orient" - I thought the Philippines already claimed that statement... Oh well... =)

And the fun begins...

~~~ end ~~~
